This quarter, our AI engineering practice continued to move client work from idea to production and to publish what we learned along the way.
NextGenSoft Technologies LLP achieved Registered status in the Claude Partner Network (Claude Certified Associate, Foundations), with team members certified and more in progress toward the next program milestone.
Published new technical deep-dives for our AI and architecture audiences, including “AI Agents in Logistics: Reshaping Supply Chain Operations,” “Cloud-Native Application Development,” “Generative AI vs. AI Agents,” “How Custom LLM Integration Transforms Enterprise Operations,” and “Cloud Business Intelligence Solutions for Enterprises.”
Built a proof-of-concept for a Universal AI Knowledge & Automation Platform, a single conversational interface that can query and act across databases, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and any MCP-compatible system, with a self-refreshing knowledge base that stays in sync with source systems instead of going stale after a one-time index.

Architecture, DevOps & Development Corner
Engineering fundamentals stayed front and center, from certifications to the practices behind every delivery.
Delivered a carrier-agnostic Verified Gross Mass (VGM) transmission capability inside an ocean freight platform’s core shipment workflow, replacing a fully manual, email-driven compliance process with a single integration layer connecting to 20+ ocean carriers across 3 data-exchange formats (EDI, XML, JSON) and 5 integration pathways, covering both FCL and LCL shipments with full, timestamped audit-trail traceability.
Proved out real-time PostgreSQL-to-PostgreSQL sync using Debezium Change Data Capture — replicating every insert, update, and delete within seconds via transaction-log streaming, with in-flight schema transformations and automatic failover, running on AWS for under $200/month at a sustained 10 events-per-second workload.
Rebuilt our streaming data-quality pipeline (Kafka + Flink) to be fully config-driven — every rule and threshold now lives in a single configuration file instead of code, cutting the time to change a data-quality rule from hours or days down to about two minutes with no redeploy required.
Delivery Toolkit

Rolled out CloudByte PMS: Our AI-assisted delivery governance and security platform is built to track, audit, and secure AI-driven software delivery across 100+ seats, with strong feedback from recent demos. Pilot playgrounds are now underway with two additional prospects.
Pushed further into Agentic Project Management, building toward a full Agentic AI SDLC, already running on one of our own internal projects.
Achieved production-grade agent deployment on AWS Bedrock AgentCore, covering secure agent runtime, tool access, session handling, monitoring, and deployment automation, with the team building out full operational maturity around it (led by Niraj Salot):

A self-hosted AI coding model and inference backend, testing a centralized, company-controlled alternative to per-developer coding-assistant subscriptions
A centralized AI coding gateway that lets developers use Claude Code and its VS Code extension through one shared, monitorable gateway instead of connecting individually to outside AI providers, an early step toward centralized cost, access, and usage control

Our leadership took CloudByte PMS and NextGenSoft’s AI-first story on the road this quarter, meeting banking, fintech, and cloud leaders across two of Mumbai’s biggest industry events.
CEO Brijesh Shah and CTO Pranav Lakhani represented NextGenSoft at Global Fintech Fest 2026 and the AWS Pinnacle Summit in Mumbai, demoing CloudByte PMS to banking, fintech, and consulting professionals on the expo floor.
Attended keynotes and panel sessions on agentic AI governance, tokenization, and enterprise cloud strategy — including an AWS session noting that roughly 95% of enterprise AI initiatives still fail to turn a profit and about 40% of agentic AI projects are cancelled before completion, reinforcing why governance and measurable ROI matter as much as raw capability.
Reconnected with peers across the PMI, IIM Ahmedabad alumni, and Agile Network communities, along with AWS partner and leadership contacts — the relationships that keep shaping how, and with whom, we build.
CEO Brijesh Shah and BDM Vrajlal also represented NextGenSoft at Odoo Experience India 2026 in Gandhinagar (September 11–12), engaging with the Odoo implementation and partner ecosystem.
A strong company is built by the people behind it. This quarter gave us many good moments to come together, celebrate our progress, welcome new team members, and appreciate the hard work happening across NextGenSoft.

🎉Celebrating 3 Years of NextGenSoft
July was a special month for all of us. NextGenSoft completed three years, and the team came together to celebrate this important milestone.
Our celebration took place in two parts.
Pre-Foundation Day Celebration | July 3: The celebrations kicked off with cake cutting, an inspiring speech from our leadership team, and words from our consultants reflecting on the journey so far. The evening was rounded off with snacks, music, and plenty of fun as the team reminisced and looked ahead to the next chapter. Spot Awards were also presented to 4 outstanding performers during the pre-celebration event, recognizing their consistent excellence and contribution to our success.
Post-Foundation Day Celebration | July 10: The celebration continued a week later with a fun team outing. We went together to watch Dhamal 4 and later enjoyed dinner at a local restaurant. It was a simple and relaxed evening where everyone could spend time together away from work. It was also a nice way to end our third anniversary celebrations.

🏏 Box Cricket, Pickleball and Team Dinner
At the end of June, the team stepped away from regular work for an evening of sports and fun.
We played box cricket and pickleball together. There was friendly competition, plenty of cheering, and many fun moments throughout the evening.
After the games, everyone came together for dinner.
These activities give us a chance to get to know each other better outside the office. They also help people from different teams connect, talk, and enjoy time together.
